I remember when I was a little child I used to play with my friends as to who will last long standing upright after going round and round in a circular motion. It was fun seeing ourselves getting dizzy and falling down. One friend taught me a strategy how to not get dizzy. The secret (if it is still a secret 🤔😅) is to keep my eyes at one fixed point as I move speedily around in a circular path. It did the job! I did not fall because by fixing my eyes to one point, I was prevented from getting dizzy.
This scientific principle is so much similar to how we live out our faith. When we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, we do not easily get dizzy by the things happening around us. We are stable, able to stand upright, and focused. The moment we take our eyes off Jesus, our faith weakens, and our spiritual life loses vigor and direction. We stumble and fall.

We need to constantly set our eyes on Jesus; to seek Him daily. We need Jesus every day. His presence is life, peace, and joy. He keeps us strong, confident, and hopeful even when all else spins around us in confusion. There is nothing else that could keep us secure and peaceful than the presence of God.
May you continually seek God and keep your eyes fixed on Him alone.
