Give Thanks with Your Whole Heart

I thank You, Lord,
My life, my hope,
My strength, my peace,
My joy, my shield!

I thank You, Lord,
For all You’ve done
For all your goodness,
Like the rising sun.

I thank You, Lord,
For every blessing,
Each day’s refreshing,
Your love’s restoring.

There are so many things to thank God for each day. Just the other day, I was looking at the flowers, and I realized how great and excellent is the wisdom of God. He gave us flowers to enjoy. Who doesn’t light up to see colorful, beautiful flowers? Flowers have that inspiring effect on us. It makes us happy to see flowers blooming around. How wonderful that God created them to give us simple joys. Flowers are among the blessings of God to us. He created them perfectly with such purpose to give enjoyment to us. If God thoughtfully created flowers with such wisdom, how much more are we. God created us with great purpose too. He created us with beauty too. He created us to bring good to others too. He has a good plan for us. So, I praise God for the life He gives and for the every day graces He gives. I thank God with my whole heart for eternal life I gained through Jesus Christ. I thank God for peace in my heart. I thank God for times of scarcity and challenges because they make me rely on Him more. I praise God for difficult times, too because my faith is strengthened. I praise God for all of His marvelous works. God is good. God is mighty. God is faithful. He deserves all the glory, and power, and honor!
