Internal

I got interested to write a poem based on the Word of the Day Challenge for its post on the word INTERNAL. I have followed this blog site and usually liked its posts, but this is my first time to join in the challenge. I am drawn to the word and I found it both interesting and challenging to do a poem using the word internal.

So here it is. I do hope you like it.

Internal

Down in the internal of the soul,
A great longing of fire so strong.
Burning to thin ashes all its fears,
Inspiring hope in life like a song.

Deep in the internal of the heart,
A love so deep, so great to hold!
Bridging the lonely to a land of joy,
Sparking change for all to behold!

Inside each one’s internal being,
Is a need for love and acceptance;
A friend, a comrade, or a soulmate,
Who can shine love with radiance.

  1. Love this, it’s such a pity some of us don’t see this in ourselves. Maybe the world would be a better place? πŸ˜€ Thank you for the follow
