We may hear people saying, “It’s my body. I can do anything with it.” No, we can’t and we should not just do anything with it because we owe it to the One who gave it to us. Have we ever pondered on the thought that we can never create our own life or even make our life live longer? We could not even extend our own existence when the Creator decides to put a period to it. Because our life and our body are gifts. They are created for the glory of the LORD. And much more, when we are in Jesus, realized that our life is bought at a price. His flesh and blood were given up for the very life we have now. So honor God with how we treat our bodies. Make it worthy to be the dwelling place of His Spirit. Live healthy, think health and feel healthy. As we glorify God with our body, He blesses us more than we can imagine.

Charged guilty! Oh my.. akel ba be healthy most specially na lifestyle, naku, mkahuya kay hnd ta pwd ase. Iyo gyd kay im eating whatever I want. Huhu kbar most of the tym very unhealthy. Oh my.. need gad yo tym to gradually improve my diet. Actually i know these things already, keeping our body healthy is one way of honoring God pero ta ase lng yo de bungul bungul.. maybe this is the ryt tym to pay attention, I consider this as God’s way of reminding me to live healthy lifestyle.
