Only when we realize and accept that we are in need of a Savior can we come to God with humility that we can never be self-sufficient and knowledgeable enough to attain that peace we need with God. Peace with God is coming before God with humility and need of Him. It is asking God to take over with our life and asking Him to forgive us of all the wrongs we did which He calls sin. When we approach God in this way, we are assured of His fogiveness that is pure and complete. When God forgives us, He remembers no more. No sin is too great for His love for us. He blots out our sins. Blotting out is completely removing the sins, the guilt and shame they bring in our life and making us conscious of living in obedience to Him. It is all because of His great love. No matter how much we fail, God calls us to return to Him. Heed His call for you today.
