When We Know His Name

If I will be given the chance to choose again, I would still choose Jesus and live as a Christian. But, if time could be turned back, I’ll do it better the second time around. Well, my journey as a Christian isn’t really a saintly one. There were many times, too many to count in my fingers, when I sinned and failed. I had regrets. But, God in His rich mercy and grace, always give me second chances. And I have many things I’ve learned in my walk with God. Foremost is the fact that God is always faithful and gracious. He is good.

I say I would still choose Jesus Christ because I have reached the point in my life when I experienced how life is meaningless without Jesus. Real peace can only come from Him. Jesus is truly the Prince of Peace. I also find hope in life through His Word. I have strength to face my troubles only because God gives me hope and keeps me strong. Indeed, how would I be without the Lord Jesus Christ? Yes, I have found the light.

“I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”

When we know God’s name, He sets us on high. No, not the kind of life where dark clouds and storms never come. But the kind of life that makes us sure-footed, peaceful, joyful, and satisfied through the storms or through the sunny days.

That is the picture of a life that God set on high. Psalms 91 is one of the most-loved passages in the Bible. I love how verses 14-16 remind us that in loving God, He sets us high. When God sets us high, He blesses us with long life, and He satisfies our life. We are secure in life, more than just a life insurance, it’s an eternal insurance because we are assured of His salvation.

“Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation.”

– Psalms 91:14-16 (WEB)

Some people may cringe at the idea about God or living for God. Some thought it confines them and puts them to many rules and restrictions. Why not discover it by yourself? Why not try experiencing it for real? The real freedom is in Christ! Your life shall be wonderfully satisfied when you choose Christ. G

od shall set you high when you love Him and you know His name.

  1. 💜 The Male “God” is a Warmonger, study The Old Testament EveryOne; whereas Goddess Seeks Peace, Love and Virtue in The New Testament…ergo Bro Jesu tried to Bridge The Gap with Crucifixion and “Father why have forsaken me?” then the two Marys turned up at His empty tomb after the angel had rolled away the stone; it’s Crystal Clear Clarity that Bro Jesu was NOT!!! a “Christian” but many CHOOSE!!! to believe He was “Christian…so, EveryBody, NOW!!! let us list some “Christian” Denominations; this list is NOT!!! Exhaustive:

    ○ Catholics
    ○ Anglicans
    ○ Mormons
    ○ Jehovahs Witnesses
    ○ Unitarians
    ○ Ku Klux Klan

…then, of course, there are King Richards Crusades against the Muslims; that have consequented in Muslim Extremist Violence, so Tell Me what Religion is Good For as The Book of Esther NEVER!!! mentions “God” and The Book of Mary Magdalena is excluded from The Bible and can only be read in The Dead Sea Scrolls…

    … 💛💚💙…
