Beauty in Humanity

There is beauty in diversity
That is the essence of humanity.
Life streams forth with gaiety,
When we embrace each one in unity.
No hatred and no animosity,
No discrimination or hostility,
No war, no shame, no cruelty,
But each one accepts the liberty,
Of life seen in spectral luminosity.
The difference is a lovely variety,
Of ideas, race, color, and ability.
Seen in the eyes of love and equality,
And the lens of justice and dignity.
When we take hold of life as a duty,
To care and protect others with sympathy,
Then the world will be a peaceful community,
Of myriad and beautiful colors of humanity.

This is a poem inspired by the prompt #Whatdoyousee on the blog post of Sadje.

I hope it inspired you. Blessings and thank you for reading.
